Scholarship Opportunities

The Office of International Student and Scholar Services administers three scholarships available to qualified F-1 and J-1 students: the International Cultural Service Program (ICSP), the International Student Scholarship (ISS), and the Keith Morden Memorial Scholarship. Please continue to check back to this page for new information and current deadlines.

You may request that information about any or all of these scholarships be mailed to you by filling out the online Request Form.

Students restricted to English language courses are not eligible for any of these scholarships. In addition to these scholarships, students on F-1 or J-1 visa status who are not restricted to English language courses are permitted to work part-time on-campus during the term and full-time during breaks. Business Administration students may contact the School of Business for a list of available Business Scholarships at bustudents@pdx.edu, or at 503-725-3712. Graduate students may also seek Graduate Assistantships through their department.
